There is deep irony in Google encouraging testimonials from entities that either depend in part on Google for one reason or another, or hope to be bought by Google and want to stockpile brownie points with Google's investment bankers.

I am building a website. I want someone to actually email me from google. It would be nice. I want your ads off my website. I never gave you permission to put them there, and I don't appreciate it. The web does not belong to you, stop trying to make it so.
