Congrats Ms. Chou on obviously being an extremely capable and moderate - as it applies to necessary world-view evinced by your blog post - person. Though with regard to the transparency Report, imagine your hands are tied to a certain degree.
A cursory glance at the report reveals, at least with regard to Germany, a certain lack of transparency: "We restricted some of the videos from view in Germany in accordance with local laws."
The local laws referred to are no doubt the ones used to persecute and jail Holocaust deniers - since you would not be able to get by there without a large number of requests in this vein - this depite Germany being signatory to the recent UN human rights law that spells out clearly its enjoinment against all prohibitions on non violent political speech, including historical dispute.
