This looks like a great resource, and I applaud it. I think it's very important for people to be aware of digital privacy issues, so they can know the credible security threats from the non-credible ones. I always hear people concerned about people "hacking" into their Facebooks or emails, which they assume is not dependent on the passwords they use. I think many people would be surprised if they knew just how much of the "hacking" they're afraid of is just clever ways of discovering users' passwords. I think many users would be surprised if they were told that.
With all that said, I think this is only the beginning. I think we need information like this to replace the legalese that accompanies every major product and service these days. Few people have the time and/or legal knowledge to read those things. We need a better way of establishing ground rules and understanding.
