Internet censorship is not new, but placing the liability on ISP is. And it sounds quite harsh.
That will really curtain freedom of information and accountability for the government. That's like turning it into a communist type state. But didn't Google also cave in to China's demands re filtering of government information and blocking access to certain political sites?
