I'm Brian Corbett, manager of GM's hybrid technology communications. TO BE CLEAR, GM does not purchase hybrid technology from Toyota. All of GM's hybrid-electric and electric vehicle technologies are totally owned and developed by GM. This includes 6 hybrid vehicles on the road today in the US and 3 more on the way for the '09 model year -- which we expect will give us more hybrid models than any other automaker. GM also is independently developing plug-in hybrid and extended-range electric vehicles. For instance, our Saturn Vue plug-in hybrid is expected to double the fuel economy of any current SUV. We also just unveiled earlier this week the production version of the highly anticipated Chevrolet Volt extended-range electric vehicle, which is expected to provide up to 40 miles of driving without using a single drop of petroleum.
