Out of curiosity does this privacy page note that the U.S. Government may at any time ask for any of your information for the stupidest reasons in regards to something that doesn't involve you other than the fact that you use google (and by extension almost automatically have a youtube account now)?

I know Googl takes privacy seriously, and I know Google has defended its data in the past.

But will Google fight Viacom's victory all the way to the supreme court?

If so, the sooner you shout it from the rooftops, the better.

Very Alice in Wonderland when your seed money came from In-Q-Tel, the VC arm of the CIA and your executives are all former NSA, FBI and DOJ employees.

"Google records information such as account activity (including storage usage, number of log-ins), data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements, ads, links); and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL)."

Where's the part about your never deleting anything? Your as EVIL as M$.

Google and AT&T are 2 companies who have done more to violate existing law by cooperating with Mr. Bush's illegal spying efforts while giving its loyal customers the middle finger. And its not simply cooperation, it's a grand scheme to develop systems to enable widespread surveillance of the American populace. If I could push a button right now, it would cause the round up and imprisonment of these companies CEO's and institute any such further cooperation a felony punishable by immediate firing squad.
